The poem ‘Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening’ was authorized by famous and eminent poet Robert Frost who was a modernist. He simplifies and gives the idea of modernism. He is the dweller of the true world. His writings are mostly consisting of nature, village, and villagers. That poem dictates of making choice. The poet illustrates two types of essence or, entity at where education of life is interpreted, and second is death. The prominent poet’s most of the writings include fragmentation.
Frost’s ‘Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening’ inextricably depicts two entities which are the education of life, and death. While these are interpreted by the author, he takes a reverse, and indicates optimism against pessimism, and that we are supposed to attain the optimism to get rid of the epidemic COVID-19 that seems the darkest evening of the year to the current world.

In the first place, the speaker went out for traveling and carried a little horse as a partner as well as he was riding on it. A sudden moment came that they had to stop. They were unfortunately hanging out between the woods and frozen lake. They faced off snowy shoreline with dark trees, and ice-covered lake. The weather was cold whereas the lake was cold.
It was snowy, and wintry as well as nightmare also. The light was drowned, snows were falling and darkness was fallen. “The darkest evening of the year” mentioned by the speaker whereas he recognized that dangers, troubles, and the inauspicious portion of the night were surrounding at the place. Standing at his position, general people could lose hope, and get fear rather the speaker had the bravery. He got the optimism to get spare of the situation by holding the nerves and keeping the obligations in mind, and he was supposed to miles before death. These were interpreted by the author to impart of the typical situations to us and, placed a leaning before us.

In the second place, after mentioning the difficulties, the speaker depicted the enlightened optimism against pessimism. We got the exact entities of education of life and death. The speaker took the sudden reverse. While having all troubles that seemed, he got the gallantry, and was seeking the hope of life, and got the reminders of commitments and obligations. We got the learnings from here, whatever the rough situation comes, we should never lose our mental strengths, and have to try for getting rid of that, and keeping our hopes alive.
Lastly, the epidemic COVID-19, a contagious disease emerged into the world and killing millions of lives, and the devastating process is going on, and people lost their hopes whereas no vaccines are invented. It seems the darkest evening of the year. It’s true that many people are dead, but many people are getting recovery, and in some parts of the world, the affected rate and death rate are decreasing. That’s the news of optimism. We need to keep holding our mental strength to reinforce the belief of surviving.

Life is not only consisting of happiness, but also the difficulties. If we are able to keep the optimism and become mentally strong, we’ll be able to get rid of any situation. That’s the learning of the poem. If we accept the learnings from here, we are optimistic to get spare from the pandemic.
