All Over Printing in Bangladesh. The term AOP used to denote a specific technique of garment printing of which covers every inch of the garments. (AOP) All Over Printing is an important part of the textile sector. Now the demand for AOP is increasing day by day.
History Of AOP In Bangladesh:
All-Over Printing (AOP) has been started in our ( Bangladesh) garment industry in the 1980s. Although before this we used AOP in many fabrics i.e. three-piece, Sharee, bed cover, and fabrics print in the local factory.
There are two types of AOP
1.Knit fabric printing.
2.Woven fabric printing.
There are six types of prints are used in AOP
They are;
1.Pigment print.
2.Reactive print.
3.Discharge print.
4.Raised print.
5.Glitter print.
6.Burnout print.
There are three types of parameters in AOP Production.
1.Screen pressure.
2.Design setting.
3.Shade.

AOP in Bangladesh
Advantages of AOP:
1.Pictures do not peel off the fabric, unlike typical screen printing.
2.Dye does not mount on fabric.
3.No need to half-print screens or cut fabric.
Disadvantages of AOP:
1.Speed is reduced due to the continuous nature of printing.
2.Possibility of white creases and irregular printing per batch.
3.Some dyes work better than others.
The demand of AOP:
The interests, preferences, and desires of the people are involved. Fashion awareness is changing day by day, especially in the young generation. So the demand for All Over Printing around the world is increasing day by day. Bangladesh is not far behind the trend.
Approximately 90 factories have AOP printing facility. AOP is one type of printed clothing that is attracted by buyers of all ages. Due to having its colorful design, it’s used almost in every program.
